| John, I cannot believe the A++++service you offer. I sent in my Mom's two hearing aids for repair and cleaning recently. We received them back in record time and perfect shape for less than it would have cost anywhere!! Unfortunately I had to call again because one of the battery doors broke off. Can you imagine my surprise when I was told to send it back and there was NO CHARGE....I was floored! Excellent CUSTOMER service John. | My name is Jim McMenamin. About 2 months ago you repaired my hearing aid - you upgraded the receiver and made other repairs and improvements. We had a conversation on the telephone after I recieved it concerning the volume and feedback. You were able to get software to lower the volume and add some "buiildup" to the shell. I've been meaning to write for some time now, to let you know that the hearing aid is working very well. I have adjusted to the improved receiver and the volume level is at the right level for my comfort. As I had said in our telephone conversation, this hearing aid has never worked this well. | Hi John, I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful service in repairing my 2 aids. I got them at 10 A.M. Friday so I will have a great trip to Phoenix. You are a God-send!!! My audiologist had sent the Phonac Aid to Starkey Labs Canada Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario and they informed us that the aid was unrepairable. Well, you sure showed them!! The aid works better now than when it was new. I am so pleased and will spread the word about your wonderful talent. I'll be sending you another aid when I get back from my trip. I was wondering if these aids stop working again - would you be able to fix it again? If you can, you have saved me a lot of pain that I would suffer from the use of a Digital Aid.
